An interest that I share with my two (almost three!) year old nephew is baking, or as he calls it “making“. I like to get creative, test new recipes and tweak old ones with my own personal touch. This was my very first attempt at making homemade sweet potato fries – insane, I know. These were so incredibly delicious they have become my new favourite dish/snack/side to make and it is soooo easy!
